Chris has recently done a few jobs for us. We had him service our boiler and his friendly, helpful, clear and transparent approach meant that we subsequently contacted him when we had an emergency plumbing issue in the bathroom a few weeks later. Chris offered next day availability to resolve this and did a good job again. Would recommend him for transparent, prompt, and professional plumbing work.

I can't recommend Chris at Instagasworks highly enough. Over the course of a week he resolved a high pressure issue on my boiler which had been ongoing for over a month. He explained everything really clearly and dealt with the issue with integrity, which involved replacing a heat exchange plate. I never got the impression he was trying to rip me off and his prices are fair and competitive. My boiler is located in an awkward location but he worked with me to ensure he could complete the work, and I'll definitely be using his services in the future.
