A boiler or heating breakdown call-out is £120, and that fee comes off the repair if you go ahead. You are told the figure on the phone before an engineer sets off, never on the doorstep.
Do you charge more at night, at weekends or on bank holidays?
No. Plenty of firms run an out-of-hours multiplier — you ring at midnight and find the rate has doubled. Ours does not change. The call-out price you are quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice whatever the clock says.
How quickly can you get to me?

A dripping tap, a running cistern or a single cold radiator is not an emergency — it is cheaper for you to book those as a normal appointment, and we will tell you so on the phone rather than sell you a call-out you do not need.
