Bathroom Fitting & Installation in South London

A bathroom refit is the most plumbing-dense project in any home - hot, cold, waste and heating all meet in the smallest room. Our engineers handle complete bathroom installation across South London: all the plumbing, the tiling and the fixtures, from strip-out to sealant.

You don't have to be doing the whole room, either. Shower swaps, new basins and toilet work are everyday jobs for us, priced up front like everything else - shower installation runs £120-£200 in labour, and toilet repairs start from £80.

What a full bathroom refit includes

Strip-out

The old suite, tiles and anything hiding behind them removed and cleared - including the surprises old bathrooms like to keep under the bath.

First-fix plumbing

Hot, cold and waste re-run to suit the new layout, with heating pipework moved for a relocated radiator or towel rail.

Shower and bath

Mixer or electric showers, baths and enclosures fitted level, sealed and tested - the two items where sloppy work shows first.

Tiling

Walls and floors tiled as part of the same job, so the plumbing and the finish are one team's responsibility instead of a hand-off.

Basin, toilet and finishing

The suite installed, silicone lines run clean, and everything flushed, filled and checked before we call it done.

How a bathroom project runs

  1. Step 1

    Home visit and measure

We look at the room, the pipe runs and what you want from the space - and flag anything structural or awkward before it costs money.

  2. Step 2

    Itemised written quote

One document with the whole job priced line by line. You'll know what the tiling costs versus the plumbing versus the suite.

  3. Step 3

    The fit

Strip-out, first fix, tiling, then the suite. We keep the water off for as short a window as the job physically allows.

  4. Step 4

    Snag and handover

Every joint checked under pressure, every silicone line inspected, and anything you're not happy with put right before we sign it off.

Bathroom Fitting & Installation questions, answered

How much does a new bathroom cost?

It genuinely depends on the room, the layout changes and the suite you choose, which is why we quote after a free home visit rather than guessing. The quote is itemised line by line, so you can trim the job to fit a budget - and it's fixed once agreed.

Do you do the tiling as well as the plumbing?

Yes - our full bathroom installation covers all the plumbing, the tiling and the fixtures. One team owns the whole room, so there's no gap between trades where problems get orphaned.

Can you just replace my shower?

Of course. Fitting an electric or mixer shower runs £120-£200 in labour, agreed before we start. If the isolation or pipework needs upgrading to do it properly, we'll price that with the same visit.

Can I supply my own suite and fittings?

Yes - plenty of customers buy the suite they've fallen for and have us fit it. Tell us what you've ordered and we'll build the quote around it, including flagging anything that won't suit the room's pipework before it's too late to exchange.

How long does a bathroom refit take?

A straightforward like-for-like refit typically runs around one to two weeks depending on tiling and drying times. Layout changes add time at first fix. Your quote will include an honest schedule - and we'll keep the water usable outside working hours.
